“Do you tell people you work in crypto?”

Well, I definitely don’t lead with it.

Most of crypto, at least in the eyes of the mainstream (and in many cases rightfully so), is an embarrassment.

Instead, I tell them how the technology I’m working on can fix their real problems. Then, if they ask how, I explain the crypto component.

Then they like crypto.

I try to tell people as little as possible 😂

I would never talk about crypto in particular. I work in tech and anyone I've mentioned it to in my team openly disdains or scoffs at it ⚰️
