I went one time for a trial and have been getting two or three texts a week from them trying to get me back for the past 3 months 😅

It was an OK workout, but felt it could have been quite a bit harder for a HIIT circuit. I tend to like working out on my own/own schedule. Could be coaxed back for the occasional workout but didn't find the membership deals they were offering a good deal for the frequency I'd see myself going
