How many times in your life have you had moments where you could say -- wow, I feel this moment to be so true, and know it to be so from the depths of my heart, and there won't be a moment like this again. 

These moments are few and far in between - I can count about 4~5 times in my life that this has happened

I think these moments actually happen a lot more than we realize, but most of the time we're not present enough to recognize it and take a mental snapshot of the moment. Something I've been trying to consciously do lately is stop and take mental snapshots (and its hard)
