Then warpcast/FC is not safe... you can still view posts of blocked users via hubs or viewing the url in an incognito or non-logged in browser. (Same with Twitter for it's entirety of existence). People just don't understand public posting vs having entirely private accounts. Blocking never prevented viewing of your public tweets (there, or here or on IG or almost any other platform, I think only FB requires log in to view)

Warpcast blocks users and Kiosk/Recaster also share the same block list (i have my own stalker experiences). the goal is to limit reach and dissuade a stalker from contacting you by massively increasing the friction.
