I'll challenge on best hair... but also, what are some of the most unique ways you've seen candidates attempt to try and standout from others when applying for technical roles (which sometimes seem very rigid/boring)?

staying persistent, openness to networking, learning new tech, regularly contributing to open source/maintaining an active github, and willingness to start a job ASAP usually make ppl stand out
