Hot Take: you should follow zero accounts with a Level 0 Spam label. This is the bad spam label.  Why are you following known spammy accounts?

Remove their power and disconnect them from the network!

Are they great casters who got accidentally caught in the spam filter? Then save them! The algorithm isn’t perfect. We have to report false positives to make the network better.

He is a great caster and have been casting since many months and been a valuable member and fren on farcaster, but have gotten spam lable 1 and is not being removed. He tried reporting but they probably didn't see him. I think you should check his account and if you think he doesn't deserve it we should help him reach the team. And get him out of the jail

Level 1 are also missing a ton of feature. So if they are good and don't deserve it we should help them too. 
Another thing that I noticed that level 0 was granted to bots mostly and I don't know a single person which got a level 0. So level 0 is pretty obvious and we shouldn't give much energy on that

So Level 1 isn’t bad per se, it’s more like limbo. The team asked us to flag level 0, so that’s my focus because they are truly invisible.
