Troll but true: AI safety is actually crypto. Why? Killer AI is already here. It’s called drones. States will accelerate it, not regulate it. So how to make sure drones don’t get into the wrong hands? Well, web2 gets hacked but Ethereum doesn’t. Hence you put the keys onchain. Not your keys, not your drones.

To be more precise: Smart contract to control drones will be onchain. Maybe obfuscated. Private keys to control drones will be in hardware wallet. Point is that the *system* to control the drones will rely on the most secure software we have: public blockchains.

This is a strong possibility, there was a blurb about Taiwan putting critical digital infrastructure on the IPFS when Pelosi visited. Although being the future of drone warfare alongside of future of finance seems less bullish for humanity to me.
