Wow.. 16 was a great time in life, thanks for taking me back!

At 16 I didn't know what I wanted to be & needed to travel and experience more of the world to find my purpose. But that has been the core of what I've spent my timee doing - helping people find purpose in their work. The answer to work is not WHAT but WHY


For me it was finding something I really believe and then trying different ways to scale up my impact.  

My belief was that people spend so much time at work that if I could make that time a little bit better that would be really meaningful. At first, I focused on getting people into the right roles

Then on making system at work better. And then with DAOs making the organisations better. 

They way it worked for me is to listen to my gut to get a general direction and then just wander & explore. Listen to yourself first, take a few steps and then listen to what the world says back 😊
