While positive with Covid, I took one day off from working out, did a light day, and then the other 5 out of 7 days of illness so far, I've done my full normal workout. I maintained all my longevity supplements/meds & added more Zinc/C and took Paxlovid (day 4 of 5). My vaccine boosters are up to date. So far, the worst symptoms have been some fatigue and cough/sinuses. All said though, for someone 59 years old, I feel pretty damn good. @steph @vm - Any docs on Intensity points algo. Seems correct to assume from looking at these 2 strength workouts, that heart rate and calorie burn are top priorities, but want to be sure.

we take your individual resting heart rate (last 7 day average directly from the wearable) and we apply our formula to it, think around zone 2 and above for intensity minutes
