These were great questions Julie. I had a lot of fun writing these out. Your community asked a lot of great questions too. 10/10 experience!

At the start of daos world I had abandoned all healthy lifestyle and was just working non stop. Some nights could not even sleep much, too much going on and too much anxiety. I started smoking cigarettes again. This kind of lifestyle is unsustainable. But I do look back at some of these moments as some of the most exciting and incredible moments of my life. Everyday just being bombarded with new work, new challenges, new opportunities. Now I am still busy (especially with some IRL stuff) but I"m more chill. You gotta keep things balanced otherwise you will burn out.

Many lessons learned. Hard lessons learned. I've learned more in the past few months building daos world than in the past few years. I'll just spitball some lessons, I cannot really write everything, there is too much. 1. Take profits when you can. Crypto success and hype is so fleeting and can be so short lived. You as a founder have to look out for your own financial wellbeing first. If you don't sell, others will gladly sell on top of your head and leave you with nothing. I left way too much on the table $$ wise during our euphoric run at the start. Especially as a bootstrapped project without VC funding. 2. I learned a lot about whitelists. It's very tricky to decide who to give this to. You need to track what people do after they get their whitelist, and it's best to have explicit agreements with people beforehand if possible. Ask directly for a tweet, or this support, or this action in stone. Many people will snake you as well so you have to be careful. 3. I learned finding talented people is extrem...

- Next two quarters: Expand to other popular EVM chains with strong degen demand. Improve various aspects of the protocol launching mechanism. Onboard strong and innovative DAOs. Further strengthen and build our community around the existing DAOs. - Next two years: Haven't really thought this far out to be honest. Our first and foremost goal is to build an excellent DAO launchpad and provide all the tools necessary for our DAOs to thrive: treasury management, governance, voting etc. We are incredibly adaptive to new metas, and if there's something DAO related or DAO adjacent where we can provide value, we will be happy to do so. - End Goal: Onboard the masses, even non crypto natives, to DAOs. Bring more communities online and show people the power of decentralized governance and tokenization.

Exactly. Stick to the popular and battle tested things for now.

The market is tough right now. Very PVP. You need outside buyers willing to buy after the whitelist in order for a project to sustain momentum, and it's hard to find new buyers nowadays. Need to really achieve good market fit.

We will be expanding to new chains and have some exciting projects coming out soon. We will experiment with different tokenomics and token types on EVM chains as well.

Thanks for this feedback jack. You were one of the earliest OGs and supporters and I will always remember that!

We will be expanding to other chains, improving our launch mechanisms (a tax token is in the works), and building out additional DAO tooling.

At the moment, $DWL is simply a raffle whitelist token. It's also been used as a giveaway for other random raffles and whitelists as well rewarded to our community. I've always said that it has no inherent market value. I am thinking of some creative ways that I can involve DWL more though.

I ignore many comments about price. I fight FUD constantly. I have a thick skin. It’s just part of the game. Building public is very hard indeed

I was never meant / cut out for the corporate world anyways. Getting fired quickly showed me another path. One door close, another door open.

A DAO is fair. Anyone with tokens can vote, and their voting weight is based on their amount of tokens held. This is the best way.

Contribute to X is the most visible way. Tweet about the new projects, join their Telegrams, join my telegram. Any contributions are visibly appreciated.

Speed first. Speed wins. I've always told this to people. Crypto moves at lightning speed. I see too many teams being too slow. Work harder people, move faster. Do not get bogged down in the minor details. Ship the bare minimum and put things in people's face. I have no secret to building and shipping. I just put in the work and I try to get away with shipping the bare minimum. I also test things religiously. Testing is the most important thing. If I can confidently test something and everything looks okay, then I have no problems or hesitations in shipping.

If you are up big, take profit. I've seen too many people hold and round trip and get rekt. I made the same mistake. To reduce risk, study the team, study their social media presence. Study how they communicate. There are a lot of little cues you can use to pick up on.

I don't fully understand your question. Yes this is a two chain cross chain system, which I think can work very well for users in both chains.

To get started, you can buy any of the DAOs on daos.world. Please DYOR, there are many undervalued ones that even trade beneath NAV. Every DAO holds assets, a treasury, that get redistributed to token holders upon fund expiry. YapTrade $YT is one example where the NAV > market value - these are undervalued market opportunities here. It is also exciting to get involved in new whitelists. https://x.com/Meet_Wally is up and coming on SOL, and they are a chatgpt/perplexity competitor. Right now is a good time to try and get whitelists because they are not as hyped as they previously are.
