- Next two quarters: Expand to other popular EVM chains with strong degen demand. Improve various aspects of the protocol launching mechanism. Onboard strong and innovative DAOs. Further strengthen and build our community around the existing DAOs. - Next two years: Haven't really thought this far out to be honest. Our first and foremost goal is to build an excellent DAO launchpad and provide all the tools necessary for our DAOs to thrive: treasury management, governance, voting etc. We are incredibly adaptive to new metas, and if there's something DAO related or DAO adjacent where we can provide value, we will be happy to do so. - End Goal: Onboard the masses, even non crypto natives, to DAOs. Bring more communities online and show people the power of decentralized governance and tokenization.

If special timing comes along, coupled with the maturity of launchpad infra, perhaps DAOs on daos.world will also grow into behemoths with vibrant communities. At that point, decentralized governance will become extremely important, as each decision could affect everyone's wallets. Since 2020, we've seen many major governance issues, like the recent Hyperliquid & Polymarket incident, and Nouns' Fork governance mechanism design flaws leading to treasury cuts by half and then half again... Although it's too early to discuss governance issues within daos.world, I still want to hear from your perspective: why do you think decentralized governance matters to normal people?

All the tools you mentioned that are needed for DAOs to flourish - fund management, governance, voting, etc. - we've seen different developers create these in NounsDAO or other all-in-one DAO tools. At the same time, we've watched many of these tools gradually disappear from view due to lack of PMF, while those that ultimately remained and achieved positive externalities might be worth referencing. For example, Nouns' Agora (delegation tool) not only met Nouns' needs but also expanded to other larger DAOs. However, I feel that DAOs on daos.world are mostly small investment/speculation squads, different from behemoths like Nouns (since 2021) in terms of lifecycle and main goals the DAO wants to achieve. I'm looking forward to seeing governance mechanism and tool innovations that are adapted for degens and more flexible DAO organizations. BTW, what's the typical lifecycle of DAOs on daos.world?
