What are the most persistent (longest standing) habits you continue to do & think are good? I’m talking about something you initiated intentionally, not like biting your nails. A couple of mine are journaling & intermittent fasting, 1 page most mornings and 16+ hours most days.

16 hour fasting too, and making the bed first thing I wake up - huge factor on my mornings.
