Oleg Savchenko, deputy chairman of the State Duma's Financial Market Committee and a Duma deputy, feels glee at the tariffs imposed by Trump. He said Russia knows what awaits the countries affected by the tariffs. “Russia has experienced all these difficulties because of sanctions. We are ready for any challenges, so we can sit with popcorn and see how this will end,” Savchenko told Gazeta(.)ru.
