The brothers Karamazov. I believe you can read russian. This one will get you over an under. It took me two years to finish. It was hard to read, i was refusing to open it at some point as i was disgusted by some of the contents. But after all it's a genius of Dostoyevsky no more nor less

Right. I'll give you my top3 then so you can pick 1. The lord of the rings/Hobbit. 2. The hitchhikers guide to the galaxy 3. Dandelion wine All three are masterpieces imo

If you read original my suggestion would be 2. Douglas Adams is a brit and the humor is just 🤌 More importantly it's fantastic how many new things you learn from it. About future, people, love, space, and everything. It's sci-fi masterpiece. 3rd book is a novel for an adult, but also for a little kid inside you;)
