even this suggestion breaks the rules. the design standard is 24px for icon size and 48px for the tap target.

but the extra size and spacing reduces the margin for error and the clustering decreases the amount of thinking to find the action you're looking for.

Some thoughts to take into consideration

1. Recast icon, while being just an icon also triggers a drop-down with two more options 

2. There's also hamburger menu (three-dots) icon on the top right which duplicates some of the options (eg. share) from the action tab.

3. Warp icon states conveyed with color alone
