Reason why I am a huge supporter of metrics-based retro funding like the latest round of Optimism grant.

Yeah, a KOL enters a round says gm and adds a screenshot of their bags, gets 30% rewards from the round while others who put real effort into the round eating the leftovers

Name names, this kind of feedback isn’t really helpful, but I know @kabir and @seneca have been curating a lot of spam out of the feed and if you flag something low effort it might get removed.

Dunno Toady. It's a high-level feedback about the user experience overall rather than me trying to bring solutions. I don't want to name names. I want to define the problem. Then the founders may find it helpful or not, that's fine Last time i used rounds i was supposed to get rewards and it showed on my rounds dot wtf profile, but when the round ended i never found my submission in the UI, i also didn't get any rewards. I had put effort into it, and after all couldn't even find it on the round page. UX isn't how the UI elements look and feel, it's about getting the desired results when you use a product. Rounds didn't even save my work. I think the founders found themselves curating spam and mistakenly remove legit stuff exactly because the reward system is centralised and becomes a bottleneck cuz human capabilities are limited when it comes to curating a ton of casts at once. Therefore good submissions get washed away. That's all i wanted to say. The Nikolaiii case for base-builders just uncovered it
