I’m bipolar so one week I feel like a god, and the next, I’m at rock bottom. It’s during those high-energy manic weeks that I place most of my bets, create art, create content, hit the gym harder sometimes even floating through tasks subconsciously. Being spiritually inclined, I genuinely believe in alignment and I’ve noticed that some of those bets take off when I’m deeply in sync with that energy. I know it doesn’t sound healthy, my mania got worse the last 2 years and I’m still looking for a combo of meds that helps. Meanwhile metabolic psychiatry and mindfulness helps a little <3
