been thinking about LP fees, which is the 1% fee on every memecoin transaction going primarily to the platform making the token platforms taking 60% feels intuitively too much to me - but platforms can do as they please thats higher than the take rate on youtube(!) which is 55%, and youtube has a strong and entrenched distribution network effect as a web2 platform

Agreed. In the spirit of decentralization, it would be great to have transparency around how these LPs are formed and to give creators some say or control over who holds the majority of their token supply.
