Moxie doesn’t make the rich richer as much as it incentivizes people to create content that is engaging for rich (high social graph) people. Most rich will never get as much moxie as they give, but what they will (hopefully) get is more engaging content.

I don’t feel motivated to create better content after Moxie. If anything, it’s a bit discouraging because I see so many airdrops going to farmers, degens, and those with the time to stay active—not necessarily to those who are creating quality art or video content. It makes me feel like I should just shitpost or make memes instead of focusing on comics and art-based content, because the top accounts don’t seem to appreciate that as much. It also doesn’t help that a lot of my audience rn is new farcaster accounts so that doesn’t help my social score at all even tho I try hard to post good original content

Also not to mention my reach has been pretty dead because I don’t really want to engage with the big accounts. Not that I hate them I just don’t have much in common with them anymore, I’m just vibing with my not so farcaster elite creator friends here.

Yeah I can see how moxie does nothing positive for your experience. I absolutely agree that people who create reply-bait are more likely to get moxie than people creating actual art. How do you think we can encourage people to make art/video? There have been reward mechanisms (drakula, rounds.wtf, tipping), but every time I spend time making art, it never really does numbers.
