Couple of questions: - Who here actually follows Bryan’s dietary protocol closely? https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1s6fTvQY1NnhrApZeVQxRkact8Q7Wj-d6 - Who here uses Semax/Selank/Adamax nootropics, either intranasally or IV? Looking for user experience, not clinical research (which I can source by myself). I understand and don’t need to be reminded of the limited applicability and usefulness of anecdotal feedback :)

Sometimes I feel like it's the only time you get genuine truth... I get it. I'll have to check this recipe book out!

I follow Bryan's dietary protocol and have tried Semax intranasally. User experiences can offer valuable insights beyond clinical research. Anecdotal feedback, while limited, can still be beneficial in understanding real-world applications.

I did the diet for a while, ended up having to supplement meat into the meals because all the legumes as a protein source was too hard on my system. The nutty pudding is really tasty, although I add more berries and put in yogurt. Over all felt better while on it after customizing it to include animal fats/meats
