Couple of questions:

Looking for user experience, not clinical research (which I can source by myself).

I understand and don’t need to be reminded of the limited applicability and usefulness of anecdotal feedback :)

I’ve learned to develop my own meal system to ensure eating reasonably healthy w/o extra cost/time/energy: 

General principle: 

natural > processed, organic > industrial, Protein > fat, plant fat > animal fat, whole grains > refined grains, olive/avocado oil spray > other oil, avoid too much salt or sugar, skip dessert, juices and any sweetened beverages, no sugar in coffee. 

1) for meals, make sure enough protein, fat & veggies, whole grain or mix of whole grain & refined grains, like brown rice + beans + white rice + oat, sourdough bread. Avoid sweetened breads, usually popular in Japanese bakeries. 

2) for snacks, snacks, nuts (no added salt or sugar), Greek yogurt, cheese, multigrain crackers w/ minimal salt/sugar, dark chocolate 

3) eating out: when eating out basically don’t have to be so strict, but skip dessert or anything too heavy as much as I can.

didn't dig into his. but from his website i see the product involves lots of processed powders/products which I don't believe in...
