Imagine a world of small city-states None so large that it can crash the world economy All in a global defensive alliance So that none can aggress their neighbor without fearing retaliation All representing the range of socioeconomic and political options So that people can choose the one that suits them best And a true meritocracy emerges among nations Who’s building that?

Who knows what the future holds, but history has shown us that the best systems are put to the test by those with crippling insecurities and a will to convince people to fight against their own best interests. I love your vision, but it overlooks the enemy within and the wolf in sheep's clothing that benefits from dividing those who seek balance.
