Taiwan is so fascinating. Many know it supplies 90% of the world’s chip capacity. Lesser known: - strong democracy (~70% voter turnout) - high social trust (one of the lowest covid fatality rates) All despite being a military dictatorship less than 40 years ago and being the second-most religiously diverse countries on earth.

a social trust would be nice I was in NY at the peak of the Covid and I know firsthand the price of closing the city too late the West need to re-learn from the countries like Taiwan a lot of things we are supposedly good at 100 $degen
