Absolutely the opposite of that, by definition will now prioritize investors first. Tbh, not sure if it makes that much difference, per Leopold's paper and subsequent moves, looks like government will have their hands all over it in any case. Still hope though for some rag tag group of misfits to beat the giants to SuperIntelligence, and bring "provable beneficience" back to the table.
