hit me with your best tips for not killing your back when babywearing

fwiw, baby is 10 lbs, currently using a stretchy wrap (boba & solly)

enjoy cats, running, bread, and a bit of w̶e̶b̶3̶ onchain data

If you’re enjoying a wrap then def get a woven wrap. Stretchy is a killer.

As for structured, my fave was lillebaby. YMMV but stay away from baby bjorn bc kids legs just dangle. Ergo fabric was too hot for me. Lillebaby had great back support & could be worn a number of ways.

My last wear was 4 yrs ago though..

Dep on what size you’re looking for, I actually have a beautiful rainbow one that I never used once I got it. I think it’s a 7. I wanted to hold onto it bc it’s so pretty, but it’s literally just sitting in the closet 😆
