If you’re enjoying a wrap then def get a woven wrap. Stretchy is a killer. As for structured, my fave was lillebaby. YMMV but stay away from baby bjorn bc kids legs just dangle. Ergo fabric was too hot for me. Lillebaby had great back support & could be worn a number of ways. My last wear was 4 yrs ago though..

Structured carriers have def felt better for me. But my best tip regardless of carrier type is to be as precise as possible when putting it on. An extra moment or two to get it just right every time you put baby in can go a long way to save your back

I struggled with this too and found that doing some core-activating and chest-opening stretches before/after wearing would help.
