i don't think it's ageist to hope for politicians to retire at a reasonable age (like maybe 65 years of age), have term limits for ALL public offices including the supreme court, and create a more representative government that doesn't only cater to the concerns and values of our elderly citizens it's beyond time for some fresh ideas cause the old ways are obviously not working out
