Yeah and it's chaos for chaos' sake. No coherent strategy is being put forth, just a "let's see what happens" situation, playing with the entire world economy. 

I think our only hope is Congress taking away his tariff powers but that's a long shot

truly feels like it. i’m talking to some folks in finance and they say we haven’t hit these levels since the crash in the 80’s. if chaos was the goal, it feels like we’re there.
