can a wokie explain to me how deporting gang members from a foreign country is a bad thing?

If you're actually curious the answer is twofold: 

1) The people being deported are saying they are not part of TdA and they have not been found guilty of a crime. Invoking this centuries old war time act is intended to deny them due process rights. 

2) The wording of the Act implies it's use is meant for war time. We are not at war with either TdA or Venezuela. Imagine a Democrat invoking this to deport any non citizen political opponent. It's executive overreach.
