This is getting increasingly ominous. Despite Trump saying on Friday he would bring Abrego-Garcia back, he's now walked it back and the DoJ is making filings that seem they're going to continue to defy the courts and pull out every legal stop they can to prevent his return.

To set the record straight, a judge during a bail hearing said he was compelled by precedent to take the allegations of MS-13 association prima facie, and these accusations weren't able to be contended until the full trial which he won and got the judge to block his removal to El Salvador specifically because he refused to join a gang and was being threatened by that gang.
