Mob can destroy Andy's body with his psychic powers, although Andy will continue to regenerate.... If Mob is in ???% mode, he can do something crazier like destroying reality or controlling probability, which can turn things around.... @momo1 @greggy

Mob in ???% mode is insane, no doubt, but calling him the strongest esper ever is a bold claim. There are a few other broken psychics out there like Haruhi (if you count her as an esper) or Accelerator from Index who could give him a run for his money. But yeah, in terms of raw destruction and reality warping potential, Mob is definitely top-tier
