there's a handful of promising devs with < 900 followers: - their FIDs show they joined Farcaster post-Frames - have been engaging insightfully in conversations for several months - mostly ignored due to Priority Mode - participated in FC Hackathons, or shared solidly-constructed frames + prototypes Am hoping they can be encouraged to contribute to the community. Reminds me of mathias before $points, and jacek before $degen. Introverted solo devs, in particular, should not need to be forces of nature or to channel toxic troll energy, in order to grow their accounts. That'd be a diversion of human ingenuity and energy, to fight against the Power Badge or maintain Streaks or build engagement farming frames that simply unearth existing information in easier formats. Who are they? Well, I follow them and try to engage organically with their projects

This has been bugging me too. As a developer, I need the badge to get my project noticed, but keeping it up takes away a lot of my time for actual development.

Lack of cast interaction due to the algorithm is disheartening, but I'm not using Twitter so there isn't anywhere else to post lol Not to imply that this post refers to me. I haven't made any frames yet but I am building stuff on Farcaster
