I think the implementation of the Power Badge is deeply flawed, and have seen details around the edges that suggest they are loading it with more than will ever be admitted.

welcome ur input in /bcbhshow where we are buidling a channel lite client:

- Zen mode
- optional PB display/usage in feed
- purposeful intrusion of ads & decentralized features, which forces them to compete for user-permissioned attention 
- FOSS for others to fork and extend
- gc, [TBC] office hours for FC buidlers

If you can come up with a better public algorithm and evidence it works better I will drive the campaign with all my (minor) influence. Until then I don't think much will change. I have some ideas on how to do it, but earning money takes priority....

We didn't make the FF reference, I believe you did. Not sure why we would have been a focus of negativity, since all we are doing are trying to onboard more people into the PB system or help people that lost theirs to regain them. Totally ok not to participate for either party. The system itself clearly needs work.
