Doing the work ❤️‍🔥 For the past 7 months, I've been doing 16/18-hour fasts and eating once a day. Protein, fruits, grains, and fast-absorbing carbs. Feeling great, full of energy all day. Now aiming to build muscle, I started eating twice a day but struggling with energy dips. Need to optimize this. Plus, cooking and eating take up a lot of time 🥲

almost yeah jaja, some days for sure. But between mostly 18 hours of fasting with 6 hours eating window. But now I'm going to eat a bit more mostly protein, fat and fruits. keeping a minimum of 13 hours of fasting.
