Now the biggest difference with working on a consumer product is the constant navigation of people's stated vs revealed preferences. Easier when it's just FinCEN requires this :P

what are you learning for identifying real signal?

Dogfooding the product regularly, focusing on pain points vs specific features people are requesting (unless they come up independently multiple times among different users)

I’m increasingly just build for myself and if it sticks then keep the feature around.
