Happy Saturday Fitcasters! Movement of the day: Quadruped alternating rows (aka: table top/bear plank rows) Benefits: -Total body workout -Improves balance and core strengthening -Primary muscle focus (back muscles) -Stabilizers: core and shoulders Overall goal is to keep your core engaged without rocking the hips. It’s very challenging but an awesome progression from the standard high plank row (aka renegade row) Try it out in your next workout!
