Some days I feel so much anger and rage I feel like poetry abandoned me and won’t help me sort it all out Blurry Monday it is! What’s your go-to secret to get your words back when things like that happen? ☁️✒️

Write the rage. It always helps me. Poetry, prose, whatever. For me it's often situational, and when I write a short story about it, I can imagine the situation to be better or to strike down adversity.

I love doing that. The thing is, when negative emotions are in my way, it triggers MS worst symptoms such as a pain in my hands & arms….writing makes it worst…🥶

Can you voice record it, maybe? My daughter (8) has an iPad for school. She sometimes does chatting with her friends. She sends texts, but doesn't type. She just speaks.

When I’m a bit calmer, I do. But in times such as these angry days, no words except f- come so…😅 I actually dictate a lot, even on regular basis to help the pain stay under control and don’t go to the roof every second (sadly, negative emotions aren’t the only thing to trigger pain) Really lucky to have all these tools 🙏🏽
