we built a tent with my kid in his room and i promised to sleep in it with him bad decisions have been made 🙂↔️ my back hurts, woke up at 4, wouldn't fall asleep anymore and ruminated on all of my bad decisions feeling refreshed

They joys of parenting. I bet your kid has made a lifetime memory. In a few years: "dad, remember that time we made a tent? We should do that again!"

we build tents and tent-like structures almost daily, so i'd expect something like "dad, why haven't we built a tent i can fit in in ages" when he grows up :D
