Hey Ben, interesting idea. One thing to love about Farcaster, is how so many people are trying to find ways to support creators. Somehow, I have a large following on Farcaster, so this one works very well for me. But I would also love to see my friends with lower following qualify, so not all earning go to the big ones

Expanding on that: it would be great to see and test, if engagement promotion by smaller, but niche, accounts might help. Maybe top casters in channels?

Absolutely. I'm looking to integrate a system that evaluates an individual creator's reach and determines the reward amount based on that, this way smaller creators could earn as well + get adequate pay based on the attention they bring to a cast.
