Visit a legendary stadium is certainly on my list of things I want to do before I die. Maybe I go with @majidjeelani to Old Trafford https://warpcast.com/majidjeelani/0x9534c903

What was the image that stuck with you most? (And were you there for ManU or for Bolton?)

I was just on the right of this photo actually! Looking towards the Stretford end I remember getting up absurdly early for the 5 hour coach ride. Remember Scholes scoring a penalty to break the deadlock (I think) π°π°π°π΄

This sounds like an epic moment that made a lasting impression. I love stories like that. Thanks for sharing, and keep savouring that memory, my friend. Why the green and yellow, though?

Green and gold are the original colours of Man Utd! Was originally Newton Heath Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway club Ie: the Newton Heath team for the L&Y Railway company, and the companyβs colours were gold and green Was later renamed to Manchester United after financial difficulties led to a takeover This is why you often see green and gold scarves with (anti-Glazer) fans
