Does anyone have any idea on how to cast in channels that i’m not a member of? Especially the football channel, i’ve got some hot takes😂

Check right under the channel name. There often is a link there with something like "join here" or "become a member". Sometimes you don't need to be a member to cast in a channel. And otherwise I think that there's an option in a menu of the channel to message the owner.
