calling it now, years later when my kids have to go to therapy, they're definitely gonna blame dad (me) and his helping with math homework for every single problem they have in their lives 🤯

wife was on my case about how i was too tough on our daughter when helping her with her math hw

watched the wife get so frustrated while helping the kid with her music theory hw tonight and just felt so much satisfaction

am i a bad dad? 😆

No, not a bad dad. So recognisable. But in our house ot's with the tempo our eldest gets ready in the morning. When I push him to be quicker, she tells me to leave him alone. When I so that, she gets angry with him for not being ready on time.

Both these cases are a great reminder that we as parents should learn to be more of a team. They will be teenagers at one point. We will lose if we're not teaming up.

I'm telling you, parenting is hard, and parents need to team up.

But 800m is a delightful distance. I walk that approximately every day from the entrance of my son's school to the entrance of my daughter's school.

oh man, we live like ~800 m from their schools and the mornings are still a warzone 😂
