I said "yes" to walking the Millennium Bridge in London. I'm not very good with heights, and this one has a quite open railing and is relatively high above the river. But I did it. 
My fear of heights is irrational and dumb, and I want to beat it. That has been hard all my life, but little wins like this one help.
So, I will say "yes" 2 the Millennium Bridge again today,

I have an irrational fear of walking on rocks on the beach.

I’m a writer and an editor. I love art, literature, music, and to drink good coffee. I practice Ashtanga yoga. I’m here to connect and learn. 

Hmm. But they can hurt your feet no matter what you do. Not that irrational :). Still, say yes to trying it. It might give you a sense of freedom.

Maybe there is a better word for them. I mean the big rocks that sometimes you need to cross if you are doing a trail. The ones that sometimes you have to jump or are slippery.
