This week I’m a father on duty. Mommy is out, schools are closed and I’m alone with the kids in the morning. 

How do I train? No problem. I proposed a “family training” I run, you bike. 

They were excited. First time we do something like this together. In the first half they were super chatty and whining that the speed was too slow (I was in Zone2). After the first half (and a km at tempo speed) the silence reined 🤣🤣

We completed 13.5 km. A record for them on bike. At the end they asked me: “why you never stop while running?” (They asked to stop two times)

On Thursday I’ll discover if they really enjoyed and want to do it again or not. 💪
