Big project begins today. 2 months work most likely,1 deck rebuild, 2 patios, 100tons plus of earth moving, pergolas, slopes steps and 200+ oak sleepers..... Should be fun!

Progress report - weather has broken, lost time already to rain and found some nasties under the patio. Thankfully no bodies but no compaction of sub-base, no weepholes in retaining wall and totally sub standard roof water management 😭. Lots of extra work😞.

Wine and snowboarding, sometimes at the same time.

Wow man, it looks like a massive project indeed. I guess you can expect the unexpected, always with these kinds of things. But it sounds like it's well underway and you've got it all under control!

I am sure it's going to end up looking amazing, your plan sounds awesome. Do keep us posted!
