Hah! True! Although the Japanese ethos of "one of each", or "a little bit of everything", goes a long, long way to healthy eating habits! I've heard their meals regularly consist of over 30 ingredients... imagine how healthy that is compared with a bucket of fried chicken, or burger and fries?

Really tasty!
But I'm not young anymore, so I get 🐷 easily if I eat too much🤣🤣
