Mixed in calisthenics lately. 10/10. Recommend Fun having new goals (skill work) instead of just weights++ Def leveled up balance, muscle control, and functional strength Took some time and persistence to get off the ground (literally) but starting at ~0 on these skills meant progress was relatively quick

No, just make my own. Skill work mixed in with weight training The skills being planche, front lever, pistol (one-legged) squats, and Nordic curls

Indeed killer I found those to ironically the most difficult but also where I saw the fastest progress By their nature I found it easiet to progressively increase resistance and push my muscles to failure

I found the key for me was to really work on my ankle mobility... then I did assisted pistols using gymnastics rings to hold the bulk of my weight in order to identify other range of motion issues to work on
