I’ve noticed with younger gen z they either avoid confrontation, or are way too aggressive and make things black and white.

It’s up to us to provide guidance and help them correct course.

I just feel like most of them grew up in a generation that doesn’t generally have respect for each other or adults 
And they tend to always feel like being aggressive or directly fighting is the only solution 

Coupled with the fact that everything is basically programmed to make them act this way from the contents on TikTok down to Instagram and all that
