Setting Goals vs. Creating a System When it comes to getting things done, do you focus more on setting specific goals or creating systems to stay consistent? Strong goals can be a powerful motivator, but without a plan to execute, they can be easy to lose sight of. This is an area where I need practice. My head is full of good ideas (I think) and goals to achieve but when it comes to getting them done, sometimes I fall short. So, I thought this would be a great topic of the day, and one that I could hopefully learn a thing or two from. How do you handle this? Do you create a plan to execute on your goals or do you have another process? Tell me about it!

When I make a goal , at first I set some plan and see what's the disadvantage and advantages I'll get After that at first I try to solve all disadvantages and then I process to complete my goal. As a result, nothing can be incompleted. You can try this sir.
