Discord was great for customer support when Paragraph was relatively unknown, but now a good portion of engagement there is users asking stuff like this

we even switched support from discord to intercom chatbot - much better tracking, transparency & drive towards excellence. Only value from discord is once in a while perusal to find community sentiment on topics + polls
